In the process of moving...maybe all the exercise of going up the stairs will help. I must go up and down at least 10 times a day right now. And they are steep steps, too!
I watch what I eat, keep to a diet my doc gave me, but nothing happens. I keep waiting. He says to wait it will come off....but when!!!???
