My weight is down again today. I had a good ride on the elliptical last night. Went to the doctor today to follow up on my ear. He told me the perforation has healed and he isn't sure why my hearing hasn't returned. I'm scheduled to see an ENT doctor next week. I think it's still improving and hope I'll have my hearing back by then.
