I'm going to stop weighing myself everyday. This might be hindering me because I'm so focused on the numbers. Hopefully be next week, if I(and I WILL) stick to the running plan.

Maybe I should weigh every other wk??? I might even consider once a month.....I guess we'll see.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
