Each week I'm moving closer to my goal! This has been a life changing journey in many ways. I have said bye to pcos symptoms, swelling feet and low iron issues.
Besides the fact that I dont have clothes that fit me well, everything is too baggy, I am much happier...
194.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 June 2017:
560 kcal Fat: 20.25g | Prot: 18.91g | Carb: 75.06g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Redro Fish-Spread, Golden Delicious Apples. Lunch: White Rice, Woolworths Grated Beetroot, KOO Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, Minced Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other: Red Velvet Cupcake. more...
