227#s, bs 225 at days end. I did put metformin in at supper time. Cardiologist assistant said I am doing fine. Keep up the good work.
Suggest Metformin be reviewed.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
