Getting there, thought I would have lost more weight this week, but I am reallizing that I have cut my calories way to low. I haven't done it on purpose, I just haven't felt that hungry. I need to do better with this. My body fat percentage is still going down, thank goodness.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
