My weight is down some today. I did a partial workout last night. I can see that I'm definitely not in as good of shape as I was before the illness, but that was expected. I'm going to ride the elliptical tonight instead of plyometrics. My ear pops when I jump and I'm concerned about injuring the ear drum. I burn more calories on the elliptical anyway.
208.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
