Fell off the diet wagon a little earlier in the week. Hockey and house interrupted P90X. Started to get a lot of comments about the weight i've lost.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
