Thanks for the support guys. It's not gonna be easy, and I have a lot of health issues to sort out at the same time as getting ready for comp. Saige it's been a long time dream of mine, that I am finally actively taking on. I am aming to do some before and after shots soon too. Think that will help me loads.

Hi Saige I am doing tons and tons of research for now. I have a nutritionist, bio and dietician, psychiatrist and GP helping me along with the process but they more sound boards at this stage just to make sure I'm on the right track medically. I have been diagnosed with bi-polar a couple years ago and two weeks ago found out I have diabetis 2, kidney damage and anemia. So I am having to do things a little different to your stock standard book cases. I have to eat different, exercise different and keep close track of my mood and my body because if one thing slides it all goes to hell. But I am determined to stay on track and be an inspiration to people out there with mental dissabilities and health issues. I can't use the stuff like fat burners and heavy suppliments with stimulants in it as it totally throws me off my mood (I go a bitty psycho). The best person you can find to help you is someone you know has your health at heart first and goals second. All my doctors are more involved in keeping me healthy than realizing my dreams. They very quickly raise the flags if something is not good for me, all of them are actually getting my daily report from this app which I think is super fantastic. It's more a commitment than will power. I made a promise to myself and will do my very best to reach my goal, if I don't get to it then its ok then I will celebrate that what I was able to to achieve in the year.

Have you watched Elle Ip on You Tube. Her documentary is called Beond Expectations. She goes from overweight to walking off as a winner in a bikini physique competition. All I can say is Wowwwwww what an incredible transformation. Its amazing what the human body is capable of and the mind is powerful. Once the decision has been made to complete a goal thats half the battle won. I think you are going to be great and will inspire many to change their lives. I look forward to sharing your journey xx

Yessssss. Ive watched it twice already. What amazed me as well no gym membership.....no personal trainer, dietician etc....She had just had a baby and does everything at home.

I know. I sure as eggs can't do that. I need to have someone to motivate me every now and again. I've downloaded it and a couple other to watch this weekend. Thanks for reminding me about her. I was feeling very lazy to go to gym tonight now I know I need to go. Can't be lazy

What Scale are you using ? and is that scale quite accurate ?
03 Jun 17 by member: EmmZ43
Hi EmmZ43 using a Dquip scale it's pretty accurate in comparison to my docs scales and the equipment they use to measure bodyfats and stuff. But I also go and do the actual fatfold testing as that is a little bit more accurate in accordance to me wanting to do the bodybuilding competitions.

Thank you so much..I usually go to someone as well..but it'll be good to have my own measurements as well.
