I was good all weekend and it paid off! I managed to yet again lose the pound I had gained and lost another 1/2 lb this morning. :-)
I also worked out Sunday, an hour of cardio and 50 each of leg raises & sit-ups. Switched to the Muscle Milk, more protein and less calories. We shall see how this week goes.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
