I am so happy. I am really losing the weight! It is so hard but I am finally doing it. I hope that I reach my goal weight before the summer and I am going to stay there this time. No more being fat cause I am in control.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
