I am up early today as we are off to Chelsea flower show today- I have never been before so quite looking forward to it.
It's gong to be a long day. I have a carb loaded sandwich pack to take which hopefully will be offset with lots of calories used up walking.

A minor blip up in my weight weight most likely because I weighed in 2 hours early.

Good luck for the day to the rest of you especially those who have to go to work.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 44.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
