Started the 5:2 diet on Monday ...
Monday 650 calories
Tuesday 1320 calories
Today aiming for 500 again ... 🤞🏼
205.3 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done!! I'me following the 5:2 Fast Diet for about 2 years and I've lost over 35kg and kept it off without giving up cakes, pizza, pasta, rice, bread, burgers, etc. Feel free to ask for tips if you need them :)
