Day after leg day and another low carb day. Need to drink more water. Was hungry last night after my last meal around 8. Woke up late today at 5:30 but still got cardio abs and stretching in.
205.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
