ATE 5 - 1" MEATBALLS, PC OF CAKE, 2 SPINACH TURNOVERS, 2 PRALINES, 1 FRIED SHRIMP, 1 BOILED SHRIMP, 1 CRAB CAKE, CUP OF COFFFE W 2 HALF N HALFs,2 OZ CHEESE,
195.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
