Been sick for the last four days and haven't exercised. Slowly getting my appetite back so weight might go up a little as I didn't want to eat the last four days. Today began 30 minutes fasted cardio incline treadmilll, abdominals and stretching.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
