I messed up on my original weight and so it looks like I gained a lot of weight. I bought a new scale. So all in all I have lost 12 pounds.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 March 2010:
1194 kcal Fat: 32.59g | Prot: 56.73g | Carb: 179.58g.   Breakfast: splenda, milk skim, cornflakes, smuckers reduced sugar, strawberries, whole wheat bread reduced calorie. Lunch: pasta sauce hunts. Dinner: butter light country crock, corn on the cob, Green Beans (Canned), Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: caramel peanut clulters brachs. more...
