NO drop OR increase on the scale. I guess that is not a bad thing since I was mostly a lump on my bed for most of the week fighting this cold/flu. COMPLETE waste of an early work week.

Next week will mostly be a waste since I have a Midterm to review for. I will still do my best to hit the gym Today through Sunday. I'll be focusing my workout on not only muscle tone but as well getting rid of cellulite. Yupp it's been showing and I want no part of it. How can I have a nice awesome beach body without getting rid of it. I have been reading up on it on LiveStrong: http://www.livestrong.com/article/270324-cellulite-workout/. There will be lots of squats and lunges in the future of my workouts. It was even suggested to do some Burpees.

New Month has started, and I have till the 3rd week to reach my goal of 10 more lbs. I'm excited I know I can do it!!

I am in need to buy new pants cause my work pants are just falling. I found one pair that fits correctly the others just sag off. As I sit here typing I have a binder clip keeping my pants on my waist under my shirt. Yes I am admitting I have a binder clip holding my pants up. I don't want to drop another pant size though. I am happy with being at a size 6. I've been a size 3, did't like it. Size 5 I can do, nothing lower. I guess this means lots of muscle building workouts for the legs and hips.

WHAT a temptation yesterday!! I head down to my office cafeteria to buy lunch. I head on the grill line but right before the line are some pre-made mini meals. My eyes were glued to the chicken fingers and fries with HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE! Temptation was so bad that I picked one up and stared at it. Yes I picked up a serving and was STARING at it like a weirdo. It was like I was trying to convince myself to take it and eat fries for just this one time. I have no clue how long I was staring though it really felt longer. I came to my senses and put it back. I realized I have had so much progress to ruin it now would be unforgivable. I then got a delicious grilled chicken salad. But wow FRIES!! What a temptation. I have not had fries since starting Atkins.

I need to do better with tracking though I am mostly behaving.I swear I have not sneaking in pizza or fries. The worst I'll do is a Hershey Kiss.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
