I would say 50.4 is the same as reaching my goal weight.
My total loss is 25kg and I am the slimmest I have ever been.
My stomach is flat and my elbows keep knocking against hip bones!
I havent obsessed about food for a couple of weeks. I think keeping it simple has helped this. (fruit for snacks, salad for lunch, baked potato and beans every night for dinner) I dont eat breakfast and some days skip lunch. But I always eat a huge dinner followed by a healthy dessert and go to bed satisfied.

The only thing left to do is tone up as I definitely could use some muscle mass.
I plan to stick to a plant based diet for the rest of my life and can no longer imagine eating meat.

Hubbys weight 83.6kg. He has a bad cold right now and I am monitoring him. I feel he doesnt eat enough greens and that is important when you omit other food groups. Hes not a salad type of guy and would rather pop some vitamins..hmm bit of a worry. Gonna go google up some soups for him!

I hope everyone is doing well, being healthy with their choices and reaping the rewards x

Hi Sammysylvain wonderful news on your weight. That really is great, you did it and that really is an achievement, well done. Me, well I haven't weighed for some weeks as the last time it was 54.4 has been going up and down for a while around that figure. I did hit the 53. something at one time and should have really stuck at it but I fell by the wayside and to top it off we've just got back from camping in NSW and we went to the chocolate factory, the wine place and generally ate a lot of really bad things so I'm avoiding the weighing scale and tomorrow I will be back on the straight and narrow. You have inspired me to keep going. Your hubby is doing really well too. Well done and hope you keep us up to date on your progress. Regards, Spikspok

Back on the straight and narrow and was suprised to see that after being away camping for a week I hadn't put on too much from last sign in. I started back on the good food as soon as I got back so couldn't have put on too much because this morning I weighed and I'm 54.4 the same as my last sign in in March. I wouldn't weigh when I first got back as I was so sure I'd be so much heavier. Anyway feeling better now I'm on my normal weight loss food. Eating loads of veggies, mushrooms etc., so fingers crossed I can concentrate on getting rid of the last bit.
