Good evening everyone,
I started LA weight loss about 4 years ago and I lost over 30 lbs. I have been on other fade diets since such as Weight watchers, the GM diet, etc. I stepped on the scale yesterday I was 8 lbs away from being the weight i was 4 years ago... So, today I started LA Weight Loss today again. I am going away in 18 days to Cuba. I know I will not be able to lose 64 lbs in 18 days (but man that would be so nice) But I thought it would be worth a shot, even just a few pounds gone and i will be happy :)
Well, I thank you all for your future support and I hope I'll be able to help some of you too.
