Stayed the same! Im okay with that, and going to work harder for a loss next week!
304.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 124.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Staying the same is better than gaining! :) I've made a goal to workout 60-90 minutes a day, I break it into a morning workout and an evening workout and it's finally working for me. My long term goal is to get to my goal weight by 31 Dec 08!!!
