Have joined a group weigh-in management clas; will weigh in once week.Will hopefully lose 1/2-1 lb/week.
Gave up diet soda for lent (which is what I drink)
146.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
