What a rough week. I developed a sinus infection and ruptured my eardrum from the pressure. I have been home and on antibiotics all week. I'm feeling a bit better now and hope to get into some serious P90X next week. I think I have written this same thought over and over again this winter, only to have it interrupted by another illness. I hope this is the last time I have to stop my workouts. Fortunately, I haven't put on too much weight. I want to lose about 8 - 10 lbs. now and get ready for spring and summer. I also just want to feel healthy again. I hope this hasn't taken too much of a toll on my body.
