I haven't been recording my food intake on fatsecret, but i have been tracking it very closely on a spreadsheet in excel. I also began working out at the gym 2 - 3 times a week (depending on my schedule) four weeks ago. I've been eating between 850 - 1200 calories a day depending on my activities for the day. This way I can calculate and make sure that I am at least -500 for the day, though closer to -1000 is preferred on days that I work both jobs and workout.
