So I am finding it extremely difficult right now to stick to my plan. It all started when my brother came down and we ended up eating out the entire weekend. Then it was hard for me to get back on track and then last weekend the same thing happened. I do really well until the night time comes and that is when I want to eat all the bad food and gorge at that! UGH!! I have been stuck at 176-177 for 3 weeks now but I guess its good that i am not gaining weight right.?. I also have basically been eating box meals most of the time now because my school is so demanding. I need to start eating better and by better I mean home cooked healthy meals. I have 3 months! 3 MONTHS!! until my wedding and I want to lose another 60 lbs. Can I do that? Is that too much? Well I guess we will see, i need to start working out again on a daily basis.
