I dont weigh myself every week... my weigh will be the same.. this is a life change for me! yes i want to see the lbs melt off of me but i do not want to controled my a scale :) next weigh in is the 14 of march....
279.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
