208.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm 9W5D and hoping to only gain what is recommended, but it is so hard because I want to eat everything is sight...and most of it IS NOT good for me!!! So hoping this site will help me keep a handle on what I am eating so I'm not going overboard.... GOOD LUCK! :)
