Kayaking today. Need to go and get the kayak off the car and wash the car and kayak. I was on the lake for 3 hours but we had a stop and paddled pretty casually so called it 2. There is another hour of fiddling around too... loading kayak on car... unloading.... loading it up etc. But their exercise calories are generous so just called it 2 hours. Took the car to the car wash later too.

It was lovely - in Tuross around the lake.

Waist feels good. I've taken a couple of cms off the waist. The excess I put on my bust has gone too and I am back to my normal bras fit which feels good... taking the back in a setting and it fits better. Great.

I've a lot to go yet... about 6 kg. But I do feel that the last couple of kg have been actually more than that because I have toned up so much: I have leg muscles now and shoulder muscles, and yoga is shaping up my torso as well - the abs are getting stronger.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love kayaking, something I really need to go out and do again as soon as we get a tow bar on the new vehicle. Its always a plus to do exercise that doesnt seem like exercise due to its pleasant nature.
