(March 4th, as I forgot to record my weigh in once off the scale yesterday morning, along with a journal). WELL, down 2 lbs and thank goodness. I needed to see that. I didn't eat well last weekend as it was my daughter's b-day and we pretty much celebrated with different people all wknd long, but I started making better choices during the week (although I didn't record them). I did the banish fat dvd yesterday and am off to do level 2 or 3 now -- haven't decided which one. Will update later...
