Hiccup today. Unexpected sugar treats when out with a friend who took me to a French patisserie. Noting and watching my inner responses post raspberry macaroon munches. Felt compelled to binge afterwards (as always as cravings sparked) and felt more awareness than usual and asked myself if I felt I really needed to do so? How I'd feel afterwards if I did/didn't? Deeply considered what I really wanted to eat and selected carefully. Turned out was genuinely hungry for 'real' food.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

awesome stuff. Its great to actually be fully aware in the moment and conscious enough to run the inner checklist.
