Day 1 of Fast - Not eating since 8pm last night = Quit smoking the day before = Quit acohol at 5am on Sunday am - Today Tuesday and I am going for a goal of losing 2lbs a day by water fasting with some spring cleaning
210.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 70.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
