Started the week on 167.5 and shaved off about half a pound despite two clumsy dinners. One was at Ajit's and the other was last night when I succumbed to post-dinner pizza slice, popcorn eating binge.
But this is the best place I have been in, probably since I started this more than 2 years back. So, definitely something to celebrate.
Reducing another 3 pounds will get me to 160 lbs (when measured at home as against right after the run at work)
