this is the heaviest I have been in a long time. I am sick again today. I'm so tired of not feeling well and it is messing with my routines. I also just keep eating when I get home. I need to set aside what I can eat and touch nothing else. I have been guessing too much at my calorie intake with the snacks. I see it's time to get serious again. I don't want to go back to being fat and unhealthy. I had a good plyo workout last night, even though I didn't feel great. I have decided to just keep trying to do my workout.
