Just had a bad week - ate with stress - now a week of Matzah and other matzah based foods - yep, it's Passover!!! But a week of really watching what foods you eat, will be a great kick-start for getting my diet back on track.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.5 lb a week
