Went to spin class twice thsi week and lost 1.6 lbs! yayyy! Unfortunately, not feeling great (cold or allergies) so maybe overdid it :(
126.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
