I could just cry.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Looks like you need a good plan for getting on track. Remember, success doesn't happen by accident and instead of giving in to self pity, frustration, anger, or a bunch of other emotions, channel all that into turning things around. Do some thinking, figure out what your issues or problems are, come up with a plan to correct them and then start making small changes put the plan into gera and turn things around. Take it one step at a time and you'll get there!
