Finally got a weekend off, and it shows. Didn't fall off the wagon hard, stayed away from sugars, but ate way to many calories in all. Chinese buffets are the devil. But all in all, I can manage it. My daughter's birthday is today, she is 17, and she has let me know that even if I don't get to the 200 mark by next weekend, (That's when we are celebrating her birthday with a party), that she would like to go on the diet I've been on starting the Monday after. I'm so proud. I took her and her sister to the gym Saturday and we worked out for close to an hour. I figured they'd get to whining and want to go home, but they actually enjoyed it. Sore yesterday but they want to go back. I think they just enjoyed doing something with me. I'll take it. Oh and for anyone checking my food diary, the bbq sauce I used on Sunday was my own homemade with low sugar ketchup/mustard/garlic and onion powder/and paprika. And it was amazing on the pork ribs.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
