Aww, I bumped up. But thats okay - there was a potluck at work, and then I ate McDonalds after late night dancing, so it was totally expected. Also, after havong some carbs (I didnt go nuts, just had a few), my stomach feels a lot better. I was vaugely to very nauseaous all week, so its nice to finally have a little relief. No regrets! but I'm right back on track today!
149.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
