Fourth day of fast. Felt a little blah yesterday but this has been a stressful week. No dizzy spells at all, no hunger just growling stomach! Made chocolate avocado ice cream since they were going bad and didnt even taste it because I know one taste might set off a feeding frenzy. Going to break fast tomorrow with a salad and some fish. I am craving pickled herring for some reason - rinsed and wrapped in shiso leaf.
138.5 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Are you concerned about your body reacting to fasting by storing fat especially when the fast is over. eating five small meals a day keeps the engine running at optimum and burns away the fuel coupled with exercise and you won't even know you are hungry.

I feel less hungry when I eat less often because i am not stimulating insulin response. Small frequent meals to keep metabolism running high is a MYTH

I like intermittent fasting eating only during a 6-8 hour window gives me less time to fuss about it. And once I got used to it I don't have much appetite before noon. Congrats on the drop!

I plan to do the 6-8 hour eating window once my weight is stable for at least 6 months. Right now am trying to shake things up by calorie and fast lengths zigzag to "confuse" my metabolism. That is what bodybuilders do to get ripped, so what the heck.
