I think that was the most depressing weigh-in yet, have been working out for 2 weeks straight and really back to watching what I eat, and I STILL go up :(
228.2 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Don't worry, if you have been working out and watching your calorie intake then this is most likely you building some muscle, which is heavier than fat. Stick with it. You may even see a bit more up, but the down will come!!!
