Kept gaining until I was up to 164.5 so restarted Ideal Protein and have lost 9 lb. in 2 1/2 weeks. Yes, I am on the road.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
