147.2, not bad. I know there was no big movement on the scale but I know why. I did not stay away from the chocolate, AND that would not of been as bad IF I did some workouts. I did not workout at all this week. I MUST makeup for it this weekend. I was weak this week I know it. I blame it on the late work weeks, I need to figure out how to make it work on these weeks.
I used my new water app Waterlogged, I like it. I may buy the full version of it so it can remind me every couple of hours to drink water. I still didn't drink sufficient BUT it was more than what I was drinking earlier int he week.
Next week is my early week which means I'll have tons of time to cook and workout. My goal is so close and I can just see it!
