I lost a little weight. I had a great workout yesterday. Had to cut trees blocking a road with a chainsaw. It took 1 1/2 hours and was hard work. I did some yoga last night, but mainly stretched. I feel good today. I hope to keep the weight loss going in the right direction. Still thinking about getting to 190. I'll never see it if I don't stop snacking so much!
