I started a boot camp at my local gym. I wanted to kick start myself to better health. I will continue on once the program is done by continuing to go to the gym and following a nutrition plan (tough for me to do). I have mini goals to reach: Girl's Week end of May; July 1st Family BBQ; Canoe trip mid-July. My main goal is to remember this is for me. Keep focus on this and become stronger physically as well as stronger mentally and emotional. To love and appreciate myself 100% more than I do now. Weight control and good eating habits have been a life-long struggle for me. At this stage of my life, learning how to overcome this challenge is a huge priority for me. Let the learning begin.....
