Even though i have not been on in a while i am keeping up with exersise and eating. Today was a cheat day but I also did my Zumba. I am finding my endurence is increseing in the class and out side of it. I am finding that my will power againt sweets and bad things is easing too. like on super bowl sunday i would have eatten like 10 brownies but i only had 3 even though 3 is still a lot it could have been worse.
