started working out which is great but now I've gone back to being terrible with my eating, snacking on every sweet treat in sight!! reigning that back in again, and the drinking, have to....
225.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week
