Well, this time after a 48-hour fast and a eat day I did not gain much weight back. This shows that each 2-4 day fast is taking off a bit o fat that stays off. The weight regain is probably water and maybe half a pound of fat. So, i decided to do weekly shorter fasts from 24-48 hours and at the beginning of each season a longer fast for health and longevity. I am not worried about getting too thin because in my entire life i have NEVER been underweight. Secret to my easy fasting and maintenance is LOW CARB HEALTHY FAT paleo type diet.
