I'm stressing a lot about stuff going on, and I'm not eating a whole lot mostly because I can't be assed to do anything right now other than make a can of soup, eat an orange and some celery. I don't have any sweets in the house now (yay!) which will help me to avoid bingeing. So far its been successful (this willingness to not be binging all the time with the stress I feel is apparently a side effect of one of my meds. so that is awesome.
on the other hand, my other meds have been cx'd by the insurance co and its in my meg mgr to figure out what we can use instead (we thought we'd had it figured out this morning, but when I went to pick it up at the pharmacy they said there was a highly dangerous interaction between the new med and my other meds....and they'd contact Andy about it. So I called andy's office after that and updated them on the situation. I don't know if I should expect to hear anything back from them tomorrow or if I should give them a day to try to sort it out and give the guy a chance to look at his formularies? *sigh*
and tonight we're supposed to get hit with a noreaster, so the predictions for just tonight are between 10-18 inches.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
