damn

I'm losing my mind.. I must be losing my mind!!! gaining this much weight in so little time... oh my godness

today is day 1 diet. gone to a nutritionist.

its going nicely, 1500 calories per day.. with 20-40 minutes of any sport activities.

I have another appointment in 3 weeks. hopefully I will be losing 15 pounds till that time.

wish me luck
185.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
