My weight is coming off so slow! Never in my life have I had to work so hard to lose just a half a pound. I am eating right, exercising and trying very hard to keep a positive outlook. The only good thing is I do not allow myself any more binges. In the past I would always do this from time time while dieting - but easily get back on tract. It has taken me so long just to get to this point can't afford to gain anything back. At this rate should reach my goal in about 10 years! 🙄
140.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are many factors that go into weight loss. One of the hardest to pay attention to is whether you are trading 2lbs of fat for 1lbs of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat also, just food for thought. Also if you drink diet drinks be careful with the sugar alternatives. Aspartame is actually a diet ruiner since it makes you want to eat more.
